How to cancel Apple subscriptions in Canada
Last checked October 2026
Anything you subscribed to through an iPhone app, plus Apple Music, Apple TV+, iCloud+ and Apple One, is cancelled in one place: your Apple Account.
Go to the Apple subscriptions cancel page
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll).
On a Mac
- Open the App Store and click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click Subscriptions, then the subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
On the web (any device)
- Go to account.apple.com and sign in.
- Open Subscriptions and cancel the one you want.
Billed by someone else?
If a subscription isn't in your list, another company bills you, or it's on a different Apple Account. Search your email for "receipt from Apple" to see which Apple Account paid. A family member's subscription can only be cancelled by that family member.
What happens after you cancel
- If you see a red expiry message and no Cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled and just running out.
Tips
- On a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends or it will renew.
Menus change from time to time. If a step doesn't match what you see, Apple subscriptions's official help page has the latest version.
Never get caught by a renewal again
SubZero tracks all your subscriptions and reminds you before each one renews. Free, and no bank login.
