How to cancel Netflix in Canada

You can cancel Netflix online in under a minute. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel it.

Billed by someone else?

If you don't see a Cancel button under Membership on your Account page, a partner bills you (for example Apple, Google Play, or your phone or TV provider). Your Account page links to that partner's instructions.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep watching until the end of the period you already paid for. Your account then closes on its own.
• You won't be charged again unless you restart your membership.
• If you paid with a gift card, you can keep using Netflix until the balance runs out.

• Check Payment History on your Account page to see the exact date your access ends.
