How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud in Canada
Last checked October 2026
Adobe plans are easy to cancel online, but the most common plan (annual, paid monthly) charges a fee if you cancel after the first 14 days. Check your plan type first.
Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud cancel page
On the web
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
- Select Manage plan on the plan you want to end.
- Select Cancel your plan and follow the steps. Adobe may show offers first.
- Wait for Adobe's confirmation email. The plan isn't cancelled until you get it.
Billed by someone else?
If you bought the plan from a store, through an app store, or through work or school, cancel with that seller or ask your admin. If you subscribed in an iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then cancel there.
What happens after you cancel
- Within 14 days of buying or renewing: you get a full refund on any plan type.
- Annual plan, paid monthly, after 14 days: Adobe charges an early cancellation fee of 50% of the months left on your contract.
- Annual plan, prepaid, after 14 days: no refund and no extra fee. You keep using it until the year ends.
- Monthly plan: no fee. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Tips
- To avoid the fee on an annual plan paid monthly, cancel within 14 days of your yearly renewal date. Add it to SubZero and we'll remind you before that date.
Menus change from time to time. If a step doesn't match what you see, Adobe Creative Cloud's official help page has the latest version.
