How to cancel PlayStation Plus in Canada

Cancelling PlayStation Plus turns off auto-renew. You keep your benefits until your current term ends.
Go to the PlayStation Plus cancel page
On a PS5
- Go to Settings, then Users and Accounts.
- Select Account, then Payment and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select PlayStation Plus, then Cancel Subscription (or Turn Off Auto-Renew).
On the web
- Sign in to your account at playstation.com.
- Open Subscription Management.
- Select PlayStation Plus and turn off auto-renew.
Billed by someone else?
If you used a prepaid PlayStation Plus card and never turned on auto-renew, it simply ends when the time runs out.
What happens after you cancel
- Your current term stays active until it expires, then doesn't renew.
