How to cancel Xbox Game Pass in Canada

To cancel Game Pass you turn off recurring billing in your Microsoft account. You keep playing until the time you paid for runs out.
Go to the Xbox Game Pass cancel page
On the web
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the account you use for Game Pass.
- Find Game Pass and select Manage.
- Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing, then confirm.
On an Xbox console
- Press the Xbox button and go to Profile & system, then Settings.
- Select Account, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Game Pass and turn off recurring billing.
Billed by someone else?
If you bought a prepaid Game Pass card or code, there's nothing to cancel. It ends when the time runs out unless you turned on recurring billing.
What happens after you cancel
- Your Game Pass stays active until its end date, then doesn't renew.
- If you see Turn on recurring billing, it's already cancelled.
Tips
- Microsoft may offer a refund if you cancel soon after a charge. Accepting it usually ends your access right away.
